Your Soul Name

Your Soul Name is a contemplative program on identity, remembrance, purpose, and character, inspired by the historical Egyptian concept of ren while clearly distinguishing documented history from the modern An–Naay–Re Soul Name practice. Participants examine the names given by family, society, pain, success, and self-talk; practice releasing limiting identities; and choose a symbolic name of principle grounded in responsibility rather than status. Through reflection, research, meditation, and the 42-Day Soul Name Initiation, learners create an embodied commitment that can guide daily choices, relationships, purpose, and service.
