This program explores how communities move from immediate blackout survival into long-term recovery without repeating the weaknesses that caused the crisis. Grounded in the framework of AN, NAAY, RE, and Ma’at, it covers water, sanitation, food systems, health continuity, energy, communication, practical skills, ethical leadership, and institutional memory. Learners examine how interconnected systems support one another, how to plan realistic restoration priorities, and how to build resilient communities that protect vulnerable people. By the end, they can use a practical reconstruction framework to assess conditions, coordinate resources, and support balanced renewal.
